We process all orders within 24 hours if ordered before 4pm and once we’ve received your order and payment. A confirmation email is also sent to the email address provided by you. Since you are ordering a gelato, we do not entertain returns after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by you. We request you to only place an order if you agree to these terms.
Should there be an issue with the product you have received you are encouraged to contact us on email@example.com within 7 hours or receipt of the order along with details of your order and pictures of the issue you are facing.
We appreciate you respecting the fact that this is a perishable product and we would not be able to take any returns.
We inspect all product that gets dispatched. However, incase you have received a damaged product we shall exchange the same product, provided it is damaged on arrival. You are expected to take pictures for evidence and contact us within 2 hours of receipt of your order. Any exchange if applicable shall be processed as per our standard shipping process.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Your order shall be processed as per our standard order processing framework. Refund requests shall only be considered for orders placed where we are not able to serve your city pincode. In such a scenario we shall update you and issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
We do not issue refunds for orders that were undeliverable due to an insufficient address mentioned by the customer or non-availability of recipient on the address provided by you or in the case of any force majeure event.
